    It looks as though 2012 is off to an interesting start as overall our local inventory levels  are off by 30+ percent from last year at this time.  This compounded by an increase in pendings by just over 20 percent we are certainly experiencing some interesting dynamics.  Continuing at this pace we are facing a relatively short market time and possibly a jump in some price ranges.  Of course it is early but we will see where this new trend takes us.  If you would like to know how the current markets effects your real estate goals please do not hesitate to contact me.  I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business.
